Nikmatnya Berbuka dengan Kolak Labu Legit

BAHAN:

  • 500 gr labu parang, potong-ptoong
  • 2 lembar daun pandan
  • 150 gr gula putih
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 750 ml santan encer
  • 250 ml santan kental
  • 1 buah pisang tanduk, potong-potong
  • 150 gr cincau hitam, potong dadu


CARA MEMBUAT:

  1. Didihkan santan encer, masukkan labu parang, masak hingga empuk.
  2. Masukkan daun pandan, gula putih, garam, pisang tanduk, dan santan kental, masak hingga matang.
  3. Masukkan cincau hitam, aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan.

Hasil: 5 porsi
